Medical Case Management Overview

FinCor Solutions’ medical case management services are designed for employees who have disabilities and need assistance with the coordination of care and returning to work. FinCor Solutions has a team of experienced occupational health nurses who focus on early intervention to ensure that proper procedures and treatments are administered in a timely manner. Our nurses strive to increase the injured or ill worker’s level of functioning while facilitating safe and successful return-to-work. This program can also assist employees and employers with job coaching that observes posture and habits during job performance, job analysis, and job placement opportunities.

In addition to providing medical management and return-to-work programs, other services include medical bill review, ergonomic evaluations, employee health program quality assessments and American Disability Act accommodations.
